The Sony DSC-W35 7.2MP Camera

Sony’s DSC-W35 is a new compact camera with the 7.2MP Super HAD CCD with image stabilizer, 56MB of internal memory, a 3x optical zoom, and ISO1000. The camera also sports videos in VGA at 30fps (Mpeg-1). The DSC-W35 is available in Japan for only will sell in Japan for $190.

Sony CyberShot DSC-W55/P Digital Camera in Pink


The Sony CyberShot DSC-W55/P digital camera is a perfect gift for your sweetie on Valentine’s Day! The camera is a 7.2MP shooter that comes equipped with a Carl Zeiss 3x optical zoom lens, and high ISO 1000 sensitivity. Other features include a 2.5-inch LCD screen and the Clear RAW Noise Reduction imaging processing technology, which helps in combating noise. The DSC-W55/P also supports 56MB internal memory, Memory Stick Duo/ Memory Stick PRO Duo built-in slot, 14x smart zoom feature, MPEG Movie VX Fine Mode, and Burst mode. The “Stamina Battery Power” feature allows you to capture up to 380 pics before needing to recharge. No word yet on pricing.

Samsung NV11 Camera

Another camera to be launched by some dudes at Samsung Korea is the NV11, which is actually an upgrade to the Samsung NV10. The camera features 10.1MP resolution, and has a 5x Schneider-Kreuznach optical zoom lens, a 2.7-inch LCD, ASR stabilization, and the ability to record 30fps VGA video in MPEG-4 format. Pricing is still unknown.
